The University of Newcastle, in partnership with the icare Foundation's 'WorkUp' initiative, is currently offering free access to the Living in Recovery program for people with a work-related injury.
This is being offered as part of a pilot trial to understand how effective and useful the program is for Australia's workers.
Help guide program development
By getting involved in its earliest stages, you can help guide program development by providing feedback on your thoughts and experience with the program.
Any feedback you provide will only be accessed by the research team from the University of Newcastle. We will not share your personal information with your employer, icare, or your claims manager.
Am I eligible?
If you have an active Worker's Compensation claim, you may be eligible for free access to the program during the pilot.
Eligibility requirements include:
- A current Workers Compensation claim
- At least 18 years of age
- Access to an internet-connected device (e.g., smartphone, tablet or PC)
- Fluency in English
- Motivated to do self-learning from home
