Get involved

The University of Newcastle, in partnership with the icare Foundation, is offering free access to the Living in Recovery program for people with a current work-related injury.

Access is being offered as part of a pilot trial to understand how effective and useful the program is for Australia's workers.

Help guide program development

By getting involved in its earliest stages, you can help guide program development by providing feedback on your thoughts and experience with the program.

Any feedback you provide will only be accessed by the research team from the University of Newcastle. We will not share your personal information with your employer, icare, or your claims manager.

Am I eligible?

If you are currently spending time off work due to a work-related injury, and have an active claim of no more than 12 months (or your claim is currently being assessed), you may be eligible for free access to the program (note that fluency in English is currently a requirement).

For more information, talk to your case worker or contact us.
