What is Living in Recovery?
Living in Recovery is a new online program for people who have been injured at work. Using compassion focused approaches, we help workers with injury maintain good psychological, social and emotional wellbeing during recovery.
We take you step-by-step through the key principles of what compassion is, how it relates to our brains, bodies and emotions, and how compassion can help you stay strong during difficult times.
Available as a self-directed program you can do online and in your own time, or optionally join a four week online course guided by a trained practitioner.
Places are limited, enrol now!
Program features include:
- Online access using any device from the comfort of home
- Six interactive modules including video and audio
- Optional personalised check-ins with a trained practitioner
- Free for people in NSW who are currently receiving workers compensation (physical injury or mental health)
- Developed in Australia by a team of psychologists and researchers
Created from the ground-up to help Aussies recovering from a work-related injury. Our evidence-informed program is designed to help you navigate difficult emotions and live more compassionately during time away from work.
